Can anyone help me solve my 1995 Chevrolet Camaro's killing me?

Well I changed the spark plugs, the son of candles, tune-ups, and the 3 ignition coils. My car still runs rough and spits. nobody knows what it could be that I need to solve this problem

Make sure you got the son of candle back on the right candles. Take time to get a wiring diagram and trace each wire to its appropriate candle. If the engines running worse now than ever you changed the spark plugs and son, there's a good chance that you mixed the son up unless you swapped one at a time with old son. Once your sure you have the son on the cards right, park the car in the night where there are no street lights so that the engine compartment is very dark with the hood open. Then, with the car in park and the parking brake applied, a friend to start the engine and push the pedal down sharply a few times while watching for any sparks skip son candles. If you see sparks, that means you should check that the details of the particular and taking over for problems because all spark should go to the outlet, and none should be jumping off the son. Be careful to stand beside the wing of the car, not in front of the car. In addition, wedge the wheels for safety. Do not put your hands in the engine compartment while the engine. You must let your eyes adjust to darkness so you can see the engine better.
