I have a 1995 Chevrolet Beretta and breaks on the passenger side of right are sticking to what?

I changed the caliper earlier last year and it was fine, there is something else I do or do you think that the bail was wrong, too?

GM has a problem with the brake hose goes to the caliper. The hydraulic pressure is up to the stirrup, but the collapse the pipe and allows only the pressure bleed slowly. Jack up the car and have someone step on the brake while you turn the wheel. When they release the brake pedal will turn the wheel immediately. If this is not the pipe is probably defective.
