HELP 1991 Chevrolet Caprice CLASSIC?

I changed out the bulbs to the instrument dash panel on my 1991 caprice to LED bulbs. But one was working and the other weren’t. So I changed them back to the regular bulbs and now they don’t work either. I think it may be the RHEOSTAT, but GM said all would stop working. Do you think the whole panel many have a short are just went bad?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If one of the LED's was bad, & shorted the panel, there's gotta be a fuse downstream somewhere. Are there any other systems that are now not working ?? The fuse probably covers several small circuits, and might not be labeled with all the circuits that is covers. Box is usually under the driver's side dash board somewhere.
