02 CHEVYIMPAL LEVER WONT GET OUT OF PARKING?

Hello guys I have a 2002 Chevrolet Impala V6 3.4L 207cid FI (E) OHV and after This real bad storm we had here in Chicago, I had to go trough a large puddle in the fast lane, (i passed slowly and hollow a little water came in the car) car, it makes the house that morning, the car running, but i cannot move the parking lever, press brakes i background and nothing, I heard that it could be something with the brake switch, is what makes the click pauses and lets you move the lever Park's license? suggest any help, please explain how the name of the party is and where it is, thank you.

it is a fuse in the fuse box that controls you need to get a fuse tester that lights difficult each fuse on each side, if light tester to do this fuse has blown fuses also check with the key in the position
