Chevrolet Uplander LS minivan - good or bad?

I am considering a minivan purchase. Chevrolet Uplander Venture replaced the former van. Is it a good choice for a van? How reliable are the Chevrolet Uplander? They are cheaper in price than Honda and Toyota, and seem more American looking Oriental Toyota of ugliness in the research. but I am afraid to buy American Made cars due to their poor reputation for reliability and quality. So ... Who do I trust the best minivan? ... Chevrolet Uplander, Honda Odyssey, Toyota Sienna or?
