Has anyone ever had to file a auto complaint through the BBB?

I am working on the paperwork now and would just like to hear from anyone who has been trough it. I have a 2005 Chevrolet Malibu and every six months, the coolant registers as low and the resevior is almost empty. The dealership (after many attempts) cannot find/fix the issue. I have tried working with the corporate office, but they are stuck because the dealership does not believe that I will file the claim.

The BBB can't do anything exept take members of the BBB off of thier list. And since the members don't suffer any ill effects due to this, complaining to the BBB simply sends the complaint to an impotent source.
Complain to the dealership and if there is no satisfaction, contact the media. Make the negative press so hot for them that they'd rather fix the problem than lose more buisness.
The BBB is a useless money pit, nothing more.
